Arrived to the home, customer had recently has their countertops in the kitchen replaced, in doing so, the countertop company left the plumbing under the sink disconnected, the faucet was loose and not centered, and a lot of debris left under the kitchen sink. I advised to the client to have me reconnect everything and offer a warranty as well for the work completed today. Reconnected faucet and tightened the connection. Reconnected the water supply line for the faucet to the valves. Reconnected drainage under the kitchen sink as well. Pressure tested sink to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time.
2 new hose bibs, 2 hut off valves and customer supplied kitchen faucet Arrived to home for hose bibs. Upon inspection found two hose bibs same age and one was broken. Would not turn off. Customer had gate valves as shut off for each hose bib with some corrosion. Customer also had a faucet on site he wanted installed. Also customer had an RO faucet but no system connected to it. He requested to have it removed and a cock hole cover put in its place. MyGuy supplied and installed 2 frost free hose bibs with shut offs valves and tested for leaks, there are none at this time. Also installed customer supplied kitchen faucet. No leaks.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a blockage on the right side of the kitchen sink. Upon arrival customer stated that they had resolved the issue on their own by running the garbage disposal. It appears that something had lodged at the top of the drain when she was cutting vegetables. Ran water and tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time collected visual diagnostic .
Removed and reinstalled customer supplied garbage disposal from Friday’s install. Was not seated properly into strainer housing under sink. Tested for leaks multiple times and no issues. Also tested dishwasher again. Spoke with homeowners in great detail pertaining to this situation.
